A: There are many benefits of the Click ‘N’ Pick Promotion, mainly to enjoy special discounts on selected items, bundle discounts on all items and to ensure your item is reserved and ready for collection without any advanced payment needed.
Q: What Products are available for Click ‘N’ Pick?
A: Almost all DOMA products will be available for Click ‘N’ Pick and 10 items will be specially selected every month to have additional price discounts.
Q: How do I know what 10 products will have a special discount?
A: You can check our Click ‘N’ Pick Promotion section of our website to see which 10 items are specially discounted.
Q: How long will the 10 items be discounted for?
A: At the beginning of every month 10 new items will be selected and will be available for a special price for the whole month.
Q: Is there any benefit to use Click ‘N’ Pick for other products?
A: Yes, you can reserve your preferred item, colour and quanity to ensure it will be reserved for you without any advanced payment required. Additionally there will be bundle discounts for 3,5 and 10pcs of many DOMA products. These bundle discounts will only be available to Click ‘N’ Pick customers.
Q: Do I need to pay in advance to make an order?
A: Absolutely Not. The main benefit of Click ‘N’ Pick is that you can freely browse and select items and you don’t need to pay for them until you come to collect them.
Q: Do I need to leave my credit card details?
A: No. You will never be asked to leave any credit card details and you can freely shop and reserve products without any credit card, advanced payment or even deposit.
Q: Why do I need to leave my email and phone number?
A: This is so we can email or text you a confirmation message with a reference number for your collection.
Q: What if I come to collect the product and want to purchase something else instead?
A: There is absolutely no obligation to pay for the item you selected and you are free to change to any other item during your collection for no extra charge.
Q: Can I collect my order anytime?
A: A confirmation email will be sent to you within 2 working days of your purchase to confirm the items, colours and quantities selected are in stock and ready for immediate collection. Then we will hold your reservation for 7 days. For bundle orders of 5 and 10pcs there may be an additional 3-5 days collection time.
Q: What If I cannot collect my order within 7 days?
A: There is absolutely no obligation to pay for the item you selected and you are free to change to any other item during your collection for no extra charge.
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want to purchase the item anymore.
A: Please send us an email to cancel any order. There will not be any charges for cancellations
